EBZ320M-2H heavy-duty bolter-miner is engineered for large-section roadway construction in deep ultra-hard rock mines. It weighs 138 tons and is fitted with a 320-kW high-power cutting motor running at a constant cutting-head speed of 37 r/min. It excavates rock with uniaxial compressive strength up to 120 MPa and delivers energy-efficient tunneling for conventional 75-MPa strata. The 200-kW oil pump motor supplies steady, abundant hydraulic power under heavy loads. The bolting system integrates two roof bolters: each bolter outputs torque of 350 N·m at a rated speed of 500 rpm, with supporting area of 4.2 ㎡ and supporting force of 30 KN. Bolting height ranges 3.8–5.4 m and bolting width 4.4–6.6 m, enabling simultaneous tunneling and roof reinforcement without separate secondary bolting shifts.Mobility and muck removal: the 3.22-m widened tracks keep ground pressure at 0.20 MPa and offer ±18° gradeability for sloped roadways. The 3.8-m wide shovel plate with 460-mm shovel-plate sumping depth and 220-mm cutting-head sumping depth efficiently collects waste rock and cleans roadway floors. The split modular structure limits the heaviest single non-detachable component to 13 tons for flexible cross-border shipping and segmented underground transfer. Compatible with international mine power supply AC1140V-50Hz, it serves as the flagship bolting-tunneling equipment for rapid roadway formation in hard-rock mines.
