Two built-in roof bolters work synchronously with tunneling: each bolter provides torque of 400 N·m and rated speed of 550 rpm, with supporting area of 4.2 ㎡ and supporting force of 30 KN. Bolting height ranges 3.2–5.1 m and bolting width 4.4–6.05 m to realize simultaneous excavation and reinforcement.The 3.21-m widened tracks keep ground pressure at 0.19 MPa and enable ±18° gradeability for sloped roadways. The 3.8-m wide shovel plate with 430-mm sumping depth achieves excellent muck removal. The split modular design limits the heaviest single non-detachable component to 6.5 tons for flexible cross-border shipping and underground transfer. Compatible with international mine power supply AC1140V-50Hz, it is the preferred bolting-tunneling integrated machine for rapid roadway formation in mines with hard rock strata.
