The EBZ260M-2H bolter miner is a heavy-duty integrated machine combining tunneling and anchoring for global hard-rock mines, which synchronizes roadway cutting and bolt support to greatly shorten roadway construction cycles. Equipped with a 260 kW high-power cutting motor, it breaks rock with uniaxial compressive strength up to 100 MPa and balances tunneling efficiency and operational economy under regular 65 MPa strata conditions.
Fitted with two bolt machines, it delivers anchoring within 3.6–5.1 m height and 4.4–6.05 m width to support mainstream large-section roadways. The modular split structure limits the heaviest single non-detachable component to 6.5 tons for flexible cross-border shipping and underground transfer. Suitable for metallic mines and hard coal mines requiring timely support, it completes tunneling, mucking and anchoring in one unit as an efficient and safe full-set roadway construction solution.

Synchronized tunneling and anchoring to shorten construction cycles
Tunneling and bolt support proceed simultaneously without separate scheduling of independent support equipment. Two bolt machines work in parallel with a single-pass support area of 4.2 ㎡ and support force of 30 KN. Reinforcement is implemented right after roadway shaping to reduce collapse risks and outperform the traditional sequential tunneling-then-support workflow in total construction duration.
Stable heavy-duty rock breaking performance for complex geology
The 260 kW high-torque cutting motor runs steadily at 37 r/min with abundant power reserve to avoid stalling against compact hard rock and interbedded strata. It reliably excavates rock up to 100 MPa while maintaining high productivity for ordinary 65 MPa strata, adapting to overseas mining sites with high and fluctuating rock hardness.
Reinforced widened chassis for stable mobility on rough terrain
The 110-ton machine adopts 3.21 m widened tracks to keep ground pressure at 0.19 MPa and mitigate sinking and slipping on muddy, soft ground. ±18° gradeability together with 200 mm cutting-head sumping depth and 430 mm shovel-plate sumping depth efficiently clears floor gangue. The 3.8 m ultra-wide shovel plate collects muck across a broad area to match high-intensity tunneling output and lower blockage-caused downtime.
Professional anchoring parameters for reliable surrounding rock protection
Each bolt machine outputs torque of 350 N·m at rated speed of 500 rpm for uniform drilling and firm bolt installation. The anchoring range perfectly matches the tunneling section, with scientifically arranged anchor points to reinforce roadway roof and sidewalls and cut long-term roadway maintenance costs.
Lightweight split transportation for easy overseas project deployment
Modules including front body frame, rear body frame, front conveyor and rear support frame are shipped separately; the maximum single-component weight of 6.5 tons enables smooth passage through narrow underground haulage passages. Compatible with internationally mainstream mine power supply AC1140V-50Hz, it features clear on-site assembly procedures and short commissioning cycles.
Customized pre-sales technical support tailored to actual project conditions
We provide exclusive bolting-tunneling construction plans, split transportation schemes and anchor layout designs according to clients’ geological conditions, roadway dimensions and underground transport constraints. Potential geological risks are evaluated in advance with targeted adaptation suggestions to deliver full technical references for whole-process overseas project implementation.
Comprehensive overseas after-sales support to minimize downtime loss
Specialized training on synchronous tunneling-anchoring operation and maintenance guidance is offered remotely, with stocked genuine spare parts for bolt machines and cutting systems. Fast online fault diagnosis prioritizes troubleshooting of anchoring mechanisms and hydraulic systems to reduce mine waiting downtime and sustain long-term stable production.
