EBZ260M-2H (low-profile) bolter miner is a custom heavy-duty integrated tunneling-anchoring machine designed for mines with low-height narrow roadways. It performs cutting, mucking and bolt support simultaneously to greatly shorten construction cycles of shallow low-height roadways. Equipped with a 260 kW high-power cutting motor, it excavates hard rock with uniaxial compressive strength up to 100 MPa and balances productivity and cost under regular 65 MPa strata conditions.
With a machine body height of only 1.9 m, 2.2 m horizontal working height of the cutting head, 3.2–3.8 m anchoring height and 4.4–6.05 m anchoring width, it perfectly meets the support demands of low-section roadways. Two bolt machines deliver a support area of 4.2 ㎡ and support force of 30 KN. The modular split structure limits the heaviest single non-detachable component to 6.5 tons for flexible cross-border shipping and underground segmented transportation. Ideal for hard coal mines with low clearance and small-scale metallic mines with confined space, it provides a full-set bolting-tunneling solution for low-height roadways.

Low-profile design for confined low-height roadways
The 1.9-m compact body passes through low-clearance roadways inaccessible to standard models. The 2.2 m horizontal working height of the cutting head and 3.2–3.8 m anchoring height are specially tuned for thin coal seams and low-height mining roadways, solving the bottlenecks of equipment access and mismatched support height in narrow spaces.
Synchronized tunneling & anchoring to shorten low-roadway construction cycles
Tunneling and bolt support run in parallel without separate scheduling of independent machines. Two bolt machines operate together to achieve a single-pass support area of 4.2 ㎡. Surrounding rock is reinforced immediately after roadway shaping to reduce collapse risks in low roadways, outperforming the traditional sequential tunneling-then-support workflow in total duration.
Stable heavy-duty rock breaking for complex geology
The 260 kW high-torque cutting motor runs steadily at 37 r/min with sufficient power reserve to avoid stalling against compact hard rock and interbedded strata. It excavates rock up to 100 MPa under extreme conditions and maintains high productivity at 65 MPa for overseas mines with hard and fluctuating strata.
Widened heavy-duty chassis for reliable mobility on rough terrain
The 110-ton machine uses 3.21 m widened tracks to keep ground pressure at 0.19 MPa and reduce sinking and slipping on muddy soft ground. ±18° gradeability, 200 mm cutting-head sumping depth and 430 mm shovel-plate sumping depth efficiently clear floor gangue. The 3.8 m ultra-wide shovel plate collects muck broadly to match high-intensity tunneling and lower blockage-related downtime.
Professional anchoring parameters for solid surrounding-rock protection in low roadways
Each bolt machine outputs 350 N·m torque at 500 rpm rated speed for uniform drilling and firm bolt installation. The 4.4–6.05 m anchoring width reinforces roofs and sidewalls of low roadways precisely, cutting long-term roadway maintenance frequency and costs.
Lightweight split transportation for easy deployment in confined mines
Modules including front body frame, rear body frame, front conveyor and rear support frame are shipped separately with a maximum single weight of 6.5 tons to pass narrow low underground passages. Compatible with international mine power supply AC1140V-50Hz, it features straightforward on-site assembly and fast commissioning.
Customized pre-sales technical support for low-height roadway scenarios
We design exclusive bolting-tunneling plans, split transportation schemes and anchor layout solutions according to mine clearance, roadway dimensions, geology and underground transport constraints. Potential construction risks in confined spaces are evaluated in advance with adaptive suggestions to offer full-process technical support for overseas confined-mine projects.
Dedicated after-sales system to minimize downtime of low-height mines
Specialized operation & maintenance training for low-profile models is provided with remote one-on-one guidance for confined-space operation. Stocked genuine spare parts for bolting and cutting systems plus fast online troubleshooting of anchoring and hydraulic systems shorten mine downtime and sustain long-term stable production.
