Stable AC variable-frequency speed regulation is paired with multi-level protection, fault diagnosis and historical data storage. Functions including remote data transmission, memory cutting, remote control and one-key start-stop fully satisfy smart mine automation demands; key operating parameters are displayed in Chinese for intuitive monitoring. Each cutting motor is fitted with a clutch and elastic torque shaft to absorb overload impact and prevent rigid damage of motors and transmission parts.
Split straight ranging arms are interchangeable left-to-right for higher spare-part versatility. Ranging-arm housings are cast from imported special steel exclusive for shearers to resist abrasion and heavy impact. The frame is fastened by hydraulic pull rods and high-strength bolts for excellent structural rigidity. Imported wear-resistant materials are adopted for guide shoes; triple gear pumps supply oil centrally to lift two drums synchronously with quick response.
946 kN strong traction supports stable operation on slopes up to 35°. Multiple large-drum sizes and two web-depth choices plus 300 mm sumping depth remove residual floor coal and reduce manual cleaning work. Low-speed high-torque drum output boosts hard-coal breaking efficiency and lump coal yield.
Factory-matched with heavy-duty SGZ-series scraper conveyors without major site reconstruction. 3300 V high-voltage power input fits mainstream high-voltage power grids of large domestic and overseas mines. Gradient multi-model lineup allows customized selection according to local seam thickness, hardness and inclination.
