The flagship model MG2×200/910-WD offers mining heights of 1.4–2.7 m (low-profile) and 1.4–3.0 m (high-profile) to fit most medium-thick coal faces. Installed power reaches 910 kW, haulage speed ranges 0–8.9 m/min and haulage force hits 522 kN. Adopting on-board AC variable-frequency speed regulation plus rack-pinion haulage, the machine runs smoothly and handles working inclinations up to 45°. Three drum diameters (1300/1400/1600 mm) and two web depths (630 mm / 800 mm) are optional; drum rotating speed is 51 r/min, and sumping depth reaches 290 mm when fitted with φ1400 mm drums for high coal breaking and loading efficiency.Compatible with mine power supplies of 1140 V and 3300 V, the machine weighs about 41 tons and works seamlessly with SGZ730, SGZ764 and SGZ800 scraper conveyors. The low-profile frame height is only 855 mm with ample coal-pass height to avoid blockages, making it ideal for large-scale mining in inclined coal seams and variable-height working faces.
