EBZ200 Roadheader Project for Metal Mine in Mongolia

A metal mine in Mongolia required large-scale underground transportation roadway excavation with high-hardness rock strata. Local high-performance tunneling equipment was scarce. Imported machines came with high purchase cost, long spare-part lead time and slow after-sales support.

Jiamusi Coal Mining Machinery Co., Ltd delivered the EBZ200 roadheader with full sets of wearing spare parts. We provided on-site overseas technical guidance, machine commissioning and operator training.

Its reinforced cutting system is specially upgraded for high-hardness rock, effectively reducing heavy component wear during hard-rock tunneling. The project realized highly efficient roadway excavation. Our overseas service station ensures fast spare-parts delivery to resolve overseas mine maintenance difficulties and guarantee continuous mine production. It serves as a representative reference case of our equipment exported to Central-Asian metal mines.
